PittsburghREIA.com will be the conduit for the lecture series known as insurance 101. The class is an outgrowth of the educational nature of the real estate investing club. Club activites are generally focused on the latest techniques that real estate investors need to know in order to make money in this economy.

The insurance class is geared towards helping members comply with insurance laws and avoiding costly law suits. Not every investor is a Donald Trump or a Warren Buffett. Avoiding financial loss is just as important to a real estate investor as making money.
